Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind? No worries! Just drop us an email at keegreensshop@gmail.com as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll happily cancel it and issue a refund. Once it's on its way, cancellations won't be possible.Β 

Refunds & Replacements

We don't accept returns, but we'll always make things right if:

  • Β You received the wrong item.
  • Β Your order was damaged during transit.

In such cases, we'll offer a replacement or refund. To help us resolve things faster, please share a photo or video while opening your package.
